I just updated to Enscape 2.5 for Revit and now I'm getting an error message saying "Error starting Enscape: Object reference not set to an instance of an object...". This occurs in projects in which I have previously been using Enscape 2.4 as well as a new blank project with nothing in it. I am unable to get Enscape to open and I have tried installing multiple times. Please help.

I have the same error. It is too slow to open

any word from Enscape? This is still not working!

We're currently very busy troubleshooting the cause behind this issue. Could you please generally try to completely uninstall any version of Enscape you have installed, and re-install our latest release Enscape 2.5 again afterward? Does that help?
In case it doesn't, please be so very kind as to send us a feedback report which will help us further since it gives us more information about your machines and we'll receive necessary log files.
Thank you very much in advance; please allow me to apologize for any inconveniences caused by this.

I had the same issue for Revit. I managed to fix it by doing the following.
1) Un-install Enscape as suggested by Damian.
2) Re-Install Enscape (Still didn't work).
3) GPU driver update
Seemed to work fine after that, well for me anyway.

Thank you for the feedback, glad to hear that!
Gordon S , dortiz , tas_1985 , rong19371 - do you still experience problems with Enscape after re-installing and updating your GPU drivers? If so, maybe you have already sent in feedback for further troubleshooting purposes? In that case kindly let me know of the outcome if you already received an answer.

I don't have this problem now, but every time an object in the scene is placed in the online asset library, the startup rendering will be very slow or even fail. In addition, when I place the asset, sometimes a window will pop up saying "the server is running", and then the whole software won't work

Has there been a resolution to this yet. I've did a fresh installation of Enscape 2.5.0, and NVIDIA GPD Drivers are up to date, but whenever I try to render using Enscape still receiving the same error Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Since your graphics card drivers are already up to date, and Enscape has been freshly installed, please be so very kind as to send us a feedback report. Also, please make sure that Enscape is up to date as well (2.5.1), check out how to do that here. Please also include your forum name in the submission form so we know it's from you.

Are you also still using Enscape 2.5 or another previous release instead of 3.5.1? If so, which version exactly?
If you're already on 3.5 or 3.5.1 then submit us a feedback report please so that we can investigate this further:

Please let me know too once you've submitted it, this way I can have a look directly myself.
