Issue with Asset Library

    Hi,


    I am having issues with accessing my Asset Library. My liscence is activated and Enscape works when I launch it through SketchUp. But No models are showing in the Asset Library. I have loaded some models in from a colleagues computer (That were showing up fine) but when viewed through my SketchUp, no Asset Models show up once the Enscape Renderer is launched. I can see the low poly proxy models in Sketchup but they are missing from the enscape renderer... Any ideas?

    Have you made sure, that you're using our latest release of Enscape? If so (or in case updating doesn't help), can you briefly send me a screenshot of the open Asset Library window, and also send in some feedback as described here? Before submitting, please also add your forum name or some other reference so that we can easily connect the report to this thread.


    That would be very helpful to troubleshoot this!

    Sometimes an older version of Enscape installed on your machine can interfere with a more up to date version of Enscape. Could you kindly uninstall any release/version of Enscape on your machine currently, and then re-install Enscape using our latest release?


    If that doesn't help, could you send me a screenshot of either your Enscape ribbon or context menu where I can see that its missing? :)
