Apr 11th 2019 #2 The version 2.5 does not yet support Revit 2020. You can try the latest preview version, that should support Revit 2020.
Sep 9th 2019 #3 Update: as the time of writing Revit 2020 was not supported, but the current version of 2.5 and the upcoming version 2.6 support Revit 2020
