Cardboard stereo VR panorama

    When I create a 3D panorama for cardboard, the images don't 'line up' and give a 3D image when I switch to cardboard view its like the images are too far apart.

    There is no 'cog' icon to calibrate the viewer either as shown in the knowledgebase article.

    I'm running the latest sketchup preview build and a Samsung Galaxy S9+ with a standard cardboard viewer.

    I'm afraid, I am not entirely sure which formats are supported by "Roundme" or "Kuula.co", but be aware that you can always save any panorama (stereo or mono) by clicking the three dots (...) right next to any panorama of your choice (in the Manage Uploads window) and then "Save panorama to file ... " . This way you can certainly try to see if the sites support this particular panorama output, which it very well could.

    I'm having the same (or similar) issue, and in my case it's an Enscape.com hosted cardboard panorama. It looks correct on an iPhone 11 Pro, but not on an iPhone 7. Note in this screenshot how the centers of the images are lined up pretty close on the 11 Pro, but not on the 7 (I scaled them to each other in this image). Basically, on the 7, The center of the view is too far apart when viewing with the same lenses.

    Edit2: Enscape version is 2.6.1+13260. Note again that it does work fine on the 11 Pro.

    Also, I get the same result in both safari and chrome on the iPhone 7 (except that chrome doesn’t go full screen). The page is cropped the same way, where the sides of the views are cut off.

    videopi , this will actually be resolved very soon through an update - so there is also no need to re-export the panorama(s) for example. :) Stay tuned, I'll also let you know once this update has been released.
