When I turn outlines on, they look good in Enscape but when I export, they are totally different looking. They export much thicker. Even if I turn it down to 1% its still pretty thick on a 4K export. Considerably more than it looks on screen.

Outlines Much Thicker on Export

yep same here .....

The way I imagine it, 1% should be so thin it's almost indistinct. This feels more like 10%

A fix for this has yet to be implemented soon, thank you for a bit more patience.

Glad to hear this is being addressed. I've also run into this problem.

A dedicated update to resolve this will be released soon. Stay tuned!

The outlines width issue is much much better in the latest preview release. One new issue I am encountering is that Enscape is rendering outlines on a smoothed surface of an chair object. Shouldn't Enscape ignore edges that are softened and smoothed?
I've turned on white mode and increased the width so you can see what I am talking about. The back of the chair is perfectly smoothed in SketchUp.

VStudio we will have a look if you could share that chair model

It seems fixed in 2.6 for me

do you see the same thickness when exporting an image as you do in the realtime preview in 2.6? For me the prview looks correct (very faint for 1%) but the exported image shows a much thicker lineweight. Also, what OS and driver are you using?

It was also fixed recently, will be in the next preview release.

Alexander Devaykin Since 2.6 is quite experimental yet, will be there an update for 2.5 too or is it already fixed?

Alexander Devaykin So, wich version would be recommended for Rhino, where the outline was working?

This issue is currently persisting in 2.5 and our 2.6 preview, so you could temporarily make use of Enscape 2.4.2, which shouldn't have this problem.

Is there a resolution to this yet? Chairs still make edges on smooth faces.
