Background image position adjustment

Is it possible to add the function that allows us to adjust the position (up and down mostly in this case) of the background image?

I am currently working on a rooftop garden project and the background image is still showing at the ground level.

you can see that no matter I am at the bottom of the building or top of the building, I am always seeing the background image at ground level.

Thanks a lot. I'll upvote the topic on your behalf. Just to make sure you're aware, you can also always import your own skybox. Also, if you ever want to do some post processing, you can also activate "White Background" accordingly. If you have any further questions regarding this subject, please let me know!
