    In the first instance, could you kindly re-install Enscape? Please also make sure that you acquire our latest release before uninstalling by just going into the "About" window via the dedicated About button and then "Visit download area" where you can get the latest installer.


    That may help already with resolving this. In case it doesn't could you briefly please send in a feedback report as described here? That should help us with further analyzing the cause behind this behavior.


    Also, could you kindly go to the following directory to check if you can see any files (the actual panoramas saved as .xml) inside:


    C:\Users\<USERNAME>\Documents\Enscape\Panoramas


    Kindly let me know if there are none actually. Thanks a lot in advance!
