I wonder if we can adjust grass height on the v2.5 for rhino? Besides we have more assets I cannot any new features or change of settings in the v2.5 for rhino...

Hey JACK.Z , if you're using Rhino 6, you can make use of our newly implemented material editor. Check out our corresponding knowledgebase article here for further information:

The material editor (check out the first sections regarding how to make use of it) also allows you to adjust the grass height and variety accordingly.
