SketchUp Alpha Crash

    Hello, wanted to see if anyone has had the same problem. I have signed up for the SketchUp Alpha program and after installing it, i clicked on the "start enscape" icon and SU immediately closes. I understand this is an Alpha version and these sorts of issues are to be expected. But to both figure out how to get it to work and support the idea of development of the program to prevent this, I wanted to start the discussion to see how to solve it.

    I'm sorry to hear about this issue.

    You have sent us a message to support, as well, and one of the Developers, Simon, is in contact with you, isn't he? For anybody suffering from the same issue, feel free to add a message below, so we can let you know as soon as there's a solution available.


    Please, however, notice that if Enscape suddenly closes, without crashing SketchUp, this may be due to insufficient hardware, or an outdated graphics card driver.

    Feel free to send us some Feedback from the Extensions/Enscape menu in that case.

    Matt's problem is that all of SketchUp crashes, which is why he can't send us Feedback easily.
