multiple instances of sketchup open -> brings instability

  • hi there togehter,

can anyone confirm that its not a good idea to have multiple instances of sketchup open?! although i have only one instance of enscape running i have a "feeling" that this makes the crash to desktop happen more frequently compared to having only one instance of su open?!

    thanks for any feedback

  • Hello, and thank you for your question. It is definitely possible that having multiple instances of SketchUp open could also affect the stability of Enscape.

Having more than one project open at the same time consumes more computer resources, which can cause less stability.

Otherwise using the Preview version of Enscape could also cause such issues, since it might be less stable than the official Enscape version.

If your issues will persist, please make sure when a crash occurs to forward us your feedback with the logfiles so we can have a look at the issue. :)
