If I try to load or save a preset I get an instant crash.
Could you investigate on it?
My Sketchup is the latest pro 2019.2.222

Please make sure you send us the logfiles when reporting this issue, as they are invaluable in determining the cause of the crash.
You can send us your logfiles by simply clicking on the [Feedback] button in the Enscape context menu, just make sure that the checkbox for Send Logfiles is checked.
