How to adjust horizon level

This is currently not possible. It's definitely on our agenda (skybox warping) so I've added a further upvote to the feature request through your voice! In the meantime, you may want to look for fitting skyboxes online which have the horizon placed where you want it to be. A great resource is HDRI-Haven for example.
