Entire machine freezes when export video

  • Hi,


    After installing the latest version of Enscape 2.5.3.0 and running Sketchup 2019 19.2.222 when exporting to video, my computer freezes/locks-up where I can't even ctrl-alt-delete. Need to manually shut down.


    Currently exporting an 80 mb sketchup file. Is file size the issue?


    If anyone can offer assistance it would be great.

  • Hi Jack_37 , welcome to our forum - I'm sorry to hear about this problem.


    In that case, please first off make sure that you're running the latest graphics card drivers for your NVIDIA card. In an update doesn't help, then this may be normal when exporting a Ultra HD video for example (as you may run out of available VRAM). You can go into your Enscape Settings -> Capture tab and set it to Full HD to see if that helps, if you haven't already of course.


    Anyway, please also kindly submit a feedback report as described here. After receiving your machine information and log files, we'll let you know why you experience this problem exactly! :)
