I installed now the newest Driver Radeon 19.11.1 but ArchiCAD still crashes after I hit "Start Enscape".
We are using the Radeon RX570.

Curious why the new RELEASE version today does NOT include AC23????

Curious why the new RELEASE version today does NOT include AC23????
The AC23 implementation does not meet our quality standard yet, because of some stability issues regarding live updates. So we decided to not release it officially yet. We're working on it and will do our best to release it in an upcoming preview version.
Until that time you're free to use the 2.6.1-preview.5 version, but be warned that it has some issues in AC23.
Because that's the version that most users should use. We can't control it on the level of CAD versions.

I'm sorry, but I don't understand the explanation very much. The window clearly shows that the new in this version is AC23 support, and you write that you are not able to control it ... strange
I think it's just saying that you got the dialog while you were in AC23...
It's also somewhat frustrating that I can't install 2 different versions simultaneously. But I'm sure, over time, they get that part figured out.
I do notice with the 2.6.1 preview, the icon in the tool bar at the bottom of my screen has ENSCAPE as it's own application, whereas previous it was showing as another archicad window..
Sorry, in fact this part of the window concerns the application from which it is displayed, not (as I thought) the news as listed above.
Thanks for the clarification.
This does not change the fact that AC users are again skipped in the update: /
It's good that previews work though ... but not all of them work properly.
Yes Archicad is the poor cousin yet again, I just hope that the new Twinmotion version lives up to its hype
Yes, TM has the advantage that I currently have it in the price of an AC subscription, but I still prefer the paid version of Enscape ... despite many bugs to fix. First of all, the philosophy of working with Enscape suits me, and the visualizations come out some better
I agree Enscape promises so much work flow wise, but they have really dropped the ball on the archicad implementation, and their general vision for the product is somewhat lacking. Everytime they give us some new feature its half arse, take the objects for example, stop pissing around with creating objects and give us the ability to create our own and rotate them and edit materials etc, they should be in a hurry to match up with whats already available from their competition.

We can't 'preview' something that doesn't open at all. I think moving forward you guys should stop releasing 'preview' verions & just wait until it actually, saves us all alot of trouble.
