    There have been some instances where a full re-install helped with this issue at hand! Could you kindly try that? First, completely remove Enscape from your machine, then run our latest 2.6 installer again.


    If that doesn't help, then it would be very helpful if you could send in a feedback report as described here. In the submission form, please include your forum name so that we know it's from you.
