Assets get rendered incorrectly

Hi All
Assets get rendered incompletely and incorrectly. The asset textures have flaws like shown below - This flaw also appears when using any alternative assets.
(I have already sent a feedback)

Hi EGIE - not sure the CAD you are using will effect this. Which CAD are you using, as when I place the same asset in SketchUp, I don't get these flaws.

EGIE - they are fine on my version of SU2019 also. I am not sure what might be causing this. I will ask the relevant department.

Do those artifacts move/change when you change the time of day?

Hi and yes, these artifacts move by changing time of day - Both: by changing the time either via Enscape´s Shift + Mouse drag or via SketchUp´s Time Setting.

You can just send it to me via PM, or send it to support@enscape3d.com with a link to this thread. We may not be able to reproduce this even with your project, but it can't hurt to check it out.

EGIE , you should've also received this as a reply via the ticket you've submitted:

The solution right now would be to simply reduce the Shadow Sharpness (in the Atmosphere) accordingly. This will avoid the reported behavior at hand.

Thanks a lot for your help (your answer (the ticket) I missed however which may be due to my own clumsiness however )

- Strange! - you recommend to reduce the shadows sharpness - actually my shadows sharpness was already reduced to 0%.
- Strange also - if I do the opposite of your recommendation by increasing the shadows sharpness!! to about 78% these artifacts disappear.

(btw Demian Gutberlet did you received my private email regarding the Notebook question?)

Could you make sure your graphics card driver is up to date?

Is this only happening to a specific asset perhaps or in a specific project?

If it is with a certain asset, can you please tell me the name of the asset.

I updated the graphics driver and it still not showing properly.
