Transparency for Enscape Assets (Particurarly Trees)

+1 It would be awesome to add a semi-transparent layer of entourage to Enscape. I hope that this feature will be implemented in the next release, since the agenda for 2.8 may include import and tweak of our own asset library.

+1 would be a very useful feature to add transparency within enscape assets - trees in particular have become in great demand in the architectural sector

Workaround:

What I usually do is render the same view twice - once with the trees/entourage, and one without. I layer them in photoshop and have a lot of control over the transparency. I have also done similar things with videos, where I overlay the footage from the two exports in premiere pro and control it that way.

However, would be nice to have this feature for walkthroughs (and also faster workflow for renders/videos if we save a step).

also is the seems like if you edit an asset library geometry like a palm. it doesnt seem to update.

+1 I am on the forum right now trying to find a way to make trees and surrounding buildings transparent at client's request

I think what the request is here, is a transparent 'layer' if you will.

still no plans?

+1001 - still using default Revit 3D views in some cases because they have transparency, but that doesn't a) look great or b) work for trees.

hi Everybody,
i would like to know aswell if there is an updatee on this issue.
I tried to do neighbours (created with Körper) transparent for a presesentation which is quiete importent to see them in the releationship of our design.
and i couldnt.I hope there is an update

Transparent trees would be very useful. Alternatively a function to reduce Exposure levels.
