if this is normal behavior then why i dont see lights itself , only their reflections ?

This is by design, so the behavior is normal. If you like to see this adjusted / changed in the future, let me know.

Not yet, but Enscape is young and continually in a process of evolving. (And is responsive to it's user-base.)
The problem is that technically you are not seeing the light source it's self; you are seeing the light it emits being bounced off the shiny surface. Normally this is only an issue when you try and illuminate something from an invisible source (use infill lighting). Enscape tries really hard to show you how things would look "Naturally" without the need for artificially lighting a scene - if it looks dark in the model, then it will probably be dark in reality. If you want it to look lighter, then the idea is to add in lamps/lights and/or change the camera settings as you would IRL.
