meanwhile the message "No Access to the Asset Library" is more the rule than an exception - and of course I have a consistently stable, good and fast internet connectivity.
EGIE , could you please send in a feedback report? Also, it may help to set the following Firewall URL exceptions, that are for connection to the Enscape Asset Library, Web Standalone, Panoramas, and Feedback services, to listen on port ‘443‘ with protocol set to TCP (http and https):
If that doesn't help, or in case you've done that already, then the log files may give us further hints regarding why you experience these problems.
Also, just to make sure, you're not connecting to the internet via a proxy?
Did you ever get this resolved? Facing the same issue here but not behind company firewall so I can’t see that being the issue - Was working a few weeks ago but now I consistently get these errors.. thank you

If your feedback goes through (so you're not behind a firewall) we'll need to look into your log files to figure out what's wrong.
Hi Kaj, I did send one in yesterday but will try again shortly.. don’t know if it’s related but I also now get an error message when checking if any updates are available.. it does sound like something is being blocked somewhere but i am running this at home (so minimal firewall) and licensing works fine.. very strange..
resent a Feedback - hopefully it got through although i didn't see any acknowledgement message to say it did..
Joe Stott - I cant find a ticket from you in our system that includes log files.
You may have to submit them manually.
If that is possible, you can find them in the following locations:
Enscape main plugin log files:
Revit plugin log files:
SketchUp plugin log files:
Rhino plugin log files:
ArchiCAD plugin log files:
VectorWorks plugin log files:
You can just place all the files that are contained in these folders into a .zip file and send these to us via the email@example.com email.
Please include this forum thread in the email so we can link the ticket up.
