ReActivate license on new computer

  • We having a problem for a transfer Enscape 3D license to new the rendering computer on this morning, we already deactivated license from the old computer, but it says you are exceeding the number of the license on the new computer when I apply the license, kindly advise how to fix the problem.

    Sorry to hear about these troubles. Of course it's possible somebody enabled the license key while you were transferring it.


    Could you please send us a message to support@enscape3d.com, stating the problem, either containing your license key or the email address that has been used to purchase Enscape? We'll be then able to reset the activations, so you can reactivate it alright =)
