bsfranza - We would need to see logfiles, that you can send via the Enscape Feedback button, before we can make any suggestion as to why this would be happening, and the appropriate solution. When submitting the logfiles, can you please reference this forum thread's URL so we can link the case?
It's likely that it will be a VRAM issue, but the logfiles will hopefully reveal all.
Thanks.
well what should i say its been reported back with the preview releases since ever and its sill there
i hope one of the next previews or the next major will have a fix for that! would be shame not being able to showo the enscape beauty in high res
I render 8000x6000 pngs on a regular(ish) basis with everything else at 4000x3000 and have never experienced a problem so I'm guessing its something with your harware/OS setup.
Me:
Win10 / SU2019 / Enscape 2.6.0
i9 9900k / 32Gb / RTX2070
Be sure to click the feedback button in the Enscape toolbar so that the team get all your harware etc spec's
bsfranza - it will most likely be an RTX issue if you are running 2.6.1. Advise that you roll-back to this version of Enscape whilst we fix this issue.
Pete Chamberlain good point about 2.6.1.
I had 2.6.1 when it 1st came out and experienced problems so rolled back to 2.6.0.
