afaik enscape does resample all textures to 2k... but its not often the case that the gpu memory is fully used?!
therefore it would be cool if, in best case, there was an automatism that would check the overal usage of gpu memory and then decide adaptively what textures to resample and to what degree....
f.e. i often work with large site, city scale masterplan stuff... there i have huge textures and its bad if they get resampled to 2k...
sure there are workarounds inside of sketchup but its a huge effort and makes things difficult... -> it would be nice if there was a more intelligent way of enscape deciding what textures should get resampled, or at least give users the chance to exclude some textures f.e.
