I don't know if this is the same thing, but I've had trouble with Rhino 6 extrusions. They show different material mapping on screen than in the renderings. Converting them (ConvertExtrusion) to regular (closed solid polysurfaces) fixes it.
I kind of resolve the problem by changing the material setting to mapping channel and adjusting the repeat numbers.
however I ve got new issues that the material orentation does not match between render view or rhino s and the enscape view...
We are also having this problem!
