crashes when exporting images

hi

i have just activated my version of enscape here at work - been using it at home, with no problems.

sketchup crashes when i try to export an image, and it even crashes when i try to check for a new version via about > check for new version.

the window opens, but when i press check, sketchup quits - no notice.

i have updated to latest version of geforce driver 378.78. that did not help.

computer

i7 - 4770k

16 gb ram

windows 7 64 bit

2x gtx 780 ti.

Hi

Please install the newest version through the Extension Warehouse. Your crashes should be fixed in the new version.

Also note that in general we can only help you effectively if you use the feedback button in Enscape.

ah ok.

i thought forum would be a good place - so everyone else could see the problem, and might have a solution or also need help / input

i have tried to update as you suggest, but get the attached message....

had this once during testing, too.

uninstalled enscape, closed all sketchup windows, started sketchup, installed enscape - that helped

Yes, I just tried to update to the latest version (released today) but it did not work so I did the same thing. Uninstalled, changed the .zip file name to .rbz, then was able to install new version.

Whish they would publish what is changed so we could test the updated/new features. I did notice in this version that the progress bar when creating a video is back though. Have no idea yet what else may have changed.
