Enscape won't completely load

I'M HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM, SO I RESTORED THE PREVIOUS VERSION

We're seeing the same behavior here -- All machines hang up with the splash screen. We have multiple workstations, with NVIDIA and AMD cards, and they all have some version of this behavior, which began this morning.

Same issue as original post. Enscape just sits at loading screen. If I kill this screen and try to restart Enscape won't even launch the loading screen. Was working fine end of Dec. around the 19th. I'm on SU Pro version 19.3.253 64bit on Windows 7 Enterprise SP1. Enscape version 2.6.1+1326

I also just tried to uninstall and reinstall and problem still exists. I also tried moving back to 2.6.0 and that didn't work either.

Update, some of my older models load into Enscape fine but the latest couple of projects have the issue.

It's an issue with assets in the asset library. If I wait long enough I get the attached error (similar to dldieterich2) and Enscape will finally load. I can also turn off the layer that has all of my Enscape Entourage and Enscape will load the problematic models.

To anyone who is experiencing these issues, kindly refer to this thread right here. As we mention in the thread, we're actively working on resolving this issue as soon as possible, with utmost priority of course.

Hi all! Please be so kind as to refer to this thread for our current workaround; at this time the only workaround we can suggest is to remove any Enscape assets from your project (or simply hide them).
