Enscape won't load completely...is the short-term answer to download older version of Enscape?

My initial thread is marked as resolved (even though its not really....) While this problem is being investigated, can I download an older version? Where do I find that on the site?

I have just downloaded the last 4 versions of Enscape, and none of of them are loading. Is anyone there from Enscape to advise? I realize you are in a different timezone, but really frustrating that you don't have technical help available at hours for all your customers on the other side of the globe.
