Hello everyone,
I have a question about the spots I have on rendering (walls), what could be the reason - insufficient sampling? graphics card settings? revit lighting?
As for the enscape itself, the details are set to high.
Splotches on the walls

Hi Norbert , welcome to our forums!
I'm pretty sure the splotches you're seeing come from your scene possibly being illuminated entirely using emissive materials?
If so - this is a known behavior if an emissive object is being used that's especially small and/or especially bright.
Add some regular light families to your scene to illuminate it, and the effect should vanish.

It happens when your scene doesn't have proper lighting.
Here is a fix I use for such problem (It works only with a custom material)
1: Create a new material and put the paint texture.
2: Use self illumination. 30-50 luminance and Color temperature 6500 works fine with white material (see the attached image) you might need to adjust it as per your "scene"..
