I looked around a bit in the forum but do not see anything recent on waterfalls. I believe that it was in the pipeline at some point. Im curious if it still is in the pipeline or is it just not a priority. Or is it just to hard to do. Let me know and i'll stop asking.

Well, it is not something which is that easy to implement, nor is it in the pipeline for now, but I'll add your upvote to the feature request.

That would be nice. I had to use PNG for water at a fountain before. It worked fine as it was in the background, but it would be hard to render water falling down if a fountain is the main feature where using PNG wouldn't be very convincing, especially a video is to be made.
