Small bug - maps texture transformation does not match diffuse texture scale in sketchup. If I change the texture scale in SU, the diffuse changes, but the bump/normal/specular maps don't change, even when the "explicit texture transformation" box is unchecked.

Bug in 2.7.0 preview 2 - texture re-size doesn't link bump map

Just saw this issue was already posted. Please link the maps scales! Scale materials problem

I gave up on preview versions, 1 step forward 3 back in most cases. Sorry Enscape team but it's true.

The jump to 2.6 and the changes with settings was annoying, so I'm looking forward to some better resolution for dealing with visual settings. Looks like "Per scene" settings are getting developed, and 2pt and orthographic are working better. Also, the render quality is improved, so I put up with minor annoyances. On the whole, I really appreciate what the Enscape team is doing.

You can circumvent this issue by always working in the Enscape material editor after you set the normal map and use the explicit transformation on the Albedo slot.
The backed textures will always be resized according to the Albedo's scaling. We've also opened up a bug for this.

Any word on the status of this? It's still unresolved in preview 5.

A fix for this is scheduled for the 2.7.1 hotfix that will probably be released some time in March.
Until then this can be avoided by using the Enscape material editor instead of the size adjustment in SU's native material editor.Sorry for the inconvenience.

That's what I've been doing as a workaround. Glad to hear there's a fix coming.

Another (related) bug:
If the material does not have a texture (i.e. is just a colour), then you can add a bump, but have no access to the level of bump slider.

Did you make sure that the type of the bump map is set to "Bump Map" instead of "Normal Map"?
Normal maps do not have the option to specify the bump amount. -
I put in the same image used for the bump as an albedo and used image fade set to 0% with the colour.
