I tried to close the program, and the second time I opened it I was able to enter the render, which happened a few times

Hi,
I had the same problem when running enscape 2.7 Preview 2 on sketchup. The first computer I ran on RTX2060. It bugs immediately when I run. The second computer I tested on the GTX1060 kept running and could not open (not responding)

sorry to hear that you're having issue with the Preview release. Did you send feedback with log files yet, so we can have a more detailed look at what's going on? Did the same project work for you with the previous Preview release?
