One thing that would make enscape more realistic is the possibility of a randomiser, that adds dirt or humidity to a material.
Like the image i attached.
Is this something that can be managed to 3.0?

Unfortunately, I can't tell you at this point whether or when this feature will be supported, but we're glad for your participation!
