I created a modified tree component off of a sketchup warehouse tree. When flying around the model and in videos the edges of the leaf texture turn white making the tree look unnatural for about 5 seconds. After stopping and letting the tree render for a few seconds it goes back to its natural color. Ive never seen this happen to any other textures before. Is there a solution to this occurrence?

Maybe the leaves are pngs with transparency instead of with a alpha map?
If the color texture ends exactly where the transparency begins I think this could happen.
Often when creating textures that have a alpha map the color continues even outside the actual shape. See the attached image.

It would be easiest if you could briefly send over that particular object for troubleshooting purposes. Would that be possible?

Yes! I can do that.

In this drop Box is two videos, One is rendered and the other is a screen capture of the tree. I also included a rendered still of the final frame of the video and the difference in leave color is slight but noticeable. The effect is more drastic on heavier models full of trees and textures.

Sorry for the multiple posts. When I scattered the trees the effect became much more noticeable.

Tyler , I've not been able to reproduce this issue myself either yet, not to that extend as seen in the videos. In that case, since I also haven't mentioned it before, could you please make sure that you're running our latest version:
How can I make sure that my Enscape is up to date?
Chances are that this has been a problem in previous release which is now fixed already.
Furthermore, it also cannot hurt to make sure that your graphics card drivers are up to date as well. Could you kindly check both and report back if that doesn't help with this behavior at hand?
