Enscape stuck on "Loading screen" - Solved? -

    In this case we recommend to push this installation out separately for the time being.


    We are also doing more research so that with Enscape 2.8 this can be ascertained better.

    I have been having similar problems to those stated above - new update installed, x64 installed, computer restarted and still Enscape stops loading at 60%. Seems directly related to files that have assets in them (95% of our files). Any other suggestions? On a deadline and need access to my application.

    Please send in a feedback report as described here, the log files and/or machine information will help with troubleshooting this.


    Also, would you please be so very kind to either disable the any of the following software and/or deny the autostart when you boot your operating system if one of these is installed on your machine:


    Asus Sonic Studio II

    Alienware Sound Center

    A-Volute

    MSI Nahimic


    Can you then let me know whether or not this resolves the issue for you?

    I finally came back to the problem.

    I don't have any installed software from the list above. And still have the same problem with 5% by starting Enscape.

    I have reinstalled the VC_redist.x64. After third time it worked!

    But now another question: I still don't get the raytracing renders. For example a couple of renderings I made with my RTX. The mirroring looks the same, as if I would use GTX.

    RTX allows for more true to life reflections by, among other things, including more objects, even when they're not directly visible on screen. Still, this will not allow for infinity mirrors or similar, yet at least. Reflections in general is a topic which is generally always improved with basically every major update, so you can also expect to see further improvements in the future.


    Also, definitely make sure that you also have RTX Raytracing enabled in the General Settings -> Performance.

    Same issue here as - enscape won't load beyond 5 % when trying to start it. I have tried to download the Visual Studio files but still not working. Also don't have any of the software mentioned above. This is the first time I tried to use Enscape so beyond installing and enabling it, it has never worked. I have the latest version on brand new Windows. ?(

    I'm sorry to hear about that, can you please send in a feedback report? This way we can quickly troubleshoot the cause behind this problem, no worries. :)

    I have this same problem and have tried all the options mentioned above but it still gets stuck on 5% o the loading page.Would installing 2.6 work instead? Please help! In desperateness of rendering asap. Thank you!
