ecemd - I cant find your feedback, as I have nothing to reference apart from your forum username, which brings no results when searching our ticketing system.
Do you have a Ticket number I can refer to? You should have received an auto reply that contains that Ticket number.
I could ask you for your email address that you used to submit the Ticket under, and if you want to pass that email to me in case you cant find the Ticket number, then please do so via Private Message so your email is not made public here.
I can tell you in the meantime, that we do not support Intel Integrated Graphics Chips, and if you have a GPU from NVIDIA or AMD, then that is the hardware that Enscape needs to be using.
We have an article on Multi-GPU's here.

I am sorry to hear about that. Can you kindly send me a DM with your e-mail used to submit the feedback report?
How can I send a private/direct message to someone?
Thank you in advance!

Got it. As you mention, the current GPU of yours is not supported - the NVIDIA® GeForce® MX110 with 2GB GDDR5 will work, since you've asked, but this GPU barely meets our system requirements. In that regard we would recommend to go with a more capable GPU, if that isn't possible, then you should still be able to use Enscape of course with the MX110, albeit in lower Rendering Quality.

Thank you so much, just another question would this computer system be able to support Enscape.
- Intel® UHD Graphics 620 with shared graphics memory

I am afraid not - Intel graphics chips are too slow to run Enscape smoothly at all.

Ok thank you so much, I might get the other system instead. You've been such an amazing help

If you change enscape settings to original and than run enscape, than it works!

Perhaps with some Intel chips under some circumstances, but most of the time adjusting the settings will still not make Intel on-board graphics compatible with Enscape I'm afraid.

Hello,
I was having a similar issue, where Enscape would hang at 5% Loading (using Rhino 6). In my case the issue ended up being the remote desktop software I was using.
I was logging into my computer remotely via Microsoft Remote Desktop. If I use Splashtop instead, Enscape works. Hope that helps some of you.

I'm having the same issue where it stops at 5% but I'm wondering if its because I am us a program called Parallels that lets me run windows through my mac
-
Most of the time when my users report a hang at 5%, it requires a GPU driver update and/or Enscape version update to fix it.
-
nevermind It just randomly started!

Hi
Enscape is taking a super long time to load. A week ago it would take around 10 seconds, but now its taking around 10mins.
Any Help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I'm sorry to hear that!
Is there anything that changed on your side, like the project size itself perhaps, or anything else you can think of?
In any case, please kindly send us a Feedback Report as detailed here and include a link to this thread in the submission form, please.
Thank you in advance for your reply and the report.

I'm afraid since this kind of behavior can have multiple causes it'd be best to also receive a feedback report from your machine. In the meantime you can also make sure that Enscape and your graphics card drivers are up to date, and perhaps try a smaller scene to see if this may be related to the current one you are using.
In any case the feedback report including logs will be very helpful in further assisting you with this.
