Enscape 2.7 not loading

    Welcome to our forum! Would you please be so kind as to install the Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019 Redistributable? Installing this update should resolve the issue. Please be sure to install the x64 version.

    I have an issue where Enscape 2.7.0 is not beeing loaded in to Revit 2020 at all? It is not in my window menu any more.......i fixed it by using manual install and had to chose to install for all users on server. Manually pick Revit version.

    Installing it for all users is the solution I was about to propose to you - glad to hear you were able to resolve it beforehand.

    I have downloaded and installed both the new Enscape 2.7 as well as the Visual studio update (using the link above) and it is still not working for me, I still get stuck at 5% loading.

    We had the same Issue. Enscape stuck on "loading" for forever. We uninstalled it and reinstall the 2.6 version and it worked perfectly.


    So there must be bugs in this 2.7 version. Please fix as soon as you can so we can work in the latest and greatest version!:)

    In this case, would you please be so very kind to either disable the any of the following software and/or deny the autostart when you boot your operating system if one of these is installed on your machine:


    Asus Sonic Studio II

    Alienware Sound Center

    A-Volute

    MSI Nahimic

    Can you then let me know whether or not this resolves the issue for you?

    Have you tried the solution above? If that doesn't help, you can also try the solution I shared in this post - if afterward you're still not successful, please send in a feedback report so that we can troubleshoot the cause behind this!

    Have reinstalled Visual Studio from link above with no success. I additionally do not have any of the applications above. Any other ideas?

    Hi Demian Gutberlet, I am also having a similar issue after updating Visual Studio and Enscape is still stuck loading at 5%. I am using Rhino 6 instead (couldn't find a thread related to Rhino) which gave me this feedback report:
