Hello guys,
1. I've updated to 2.7 but I cannot see the Surrounding Buildings in the Asset Manager.
2. How can I change the settings (light value) for the light in the new Lighting asset ?

1. You'll find them under "Street Props":
2. At the moment that is not possible, since these light assets do not include any light sources, yet. But that is something which is planned to come with Enscape 2.9, although we cannot make any certain promises.

2. I was just about to ask the same..
If we only had access to the material in this asset we could make this ceiling lamp glow..
Workaround ; I put a matched self illuminated circle (..and ies spot) on outside to make it work
