When I select Show Safe Frame in visual settings and when I render an image it doesn't show the safe frame anymore.
It worked in sketchup 2019 with the previous version of enscape!

Geert , SketchUp 2020 is not yet officially supported by Enscape, hence users may run into issues like these. Official support will be available soon - if you do not experience this with SketchUp 2019 at all, we'll have to ask for a bit more patience until 2.7.1 is out.
