Enscape renders more of the scene than what's shown in preview?

I am sorry to hear about that. Can you please double check that you haven't assigned a Visual Setting preset to any of the corresponding views which for example does not include the "Use Viewport Aspect Ratio" checkbox being active?
Example:
In that case I could remove the link to the settings preset called "1". So either unlink them too and see if that helps, or adjust the corresponding Visual Settings preset(s).
Should that not help, can you please send in a screenshot of SketchUp, next to Enscape, while the Settings window is open where I can see that the "Use Viewport Aspect Ratio" checkbox is checked? Alongside the dedicated rendering which is zoomed out too far as well please.

We are also experiencing this problem. It would seem that Enscape is defaulting back to its setting for field of view angle when "use viewport aspect ratio" is not checked and then when it is checked its the opposite problem, where it zooms in too close. All the older versions matched fine.
The field of view reference in enscape says horizontal, i believe sketchup's is vertical, if we could just toggle this it may solve the issue

I am very confused what this new view list is supposed to do when clicking 'rendering'. The issue was, I shouldn't click one of the views on the lists, the issue doesn't happen if I just click 'render' on the view list.
Since I was already on the scene to render, it doesn't seem to be needed to click 'render' one more time. Am I missing something on this new update? What isthe benefit/purpose of this change if you could please explain--I must be not understanding something here.
(also, I can no longer have safe frame stay on the preview.)

(You're not missing anything - the having to click an additional time has been mentioned several times, as has the feature request of simply making the 'safe frame' a toggle for the view. some discussion on this issue: [REQ] Batch Render 100+ Scenes )

yeah, I remember discussing with one of Enscape team members why 'safe frame' isn't automatically shown in preview even after it's checked on (it could be just opaque not just black if the team doesn't completely want to block the leftover view). At least there was a way to keep the safe frame in preview before, now there's no way. I guess not many people care about 'safe frame'?

I can suggest you to install a sketchup safe frame plugin. İt works very well with enscape.

thanks I will check it out. Any particular plugin name if you don’t mind sharing, please?
Does it work with Enscape custom ratio?

We are aware of this issue, this is something which should be resolved with an update soon.

We have an existing feature request on our agenda to allow you to toggle the safe frame, anytime you want. I'm adding your upvote and feedback to that topic!

It's good to hear you're working on this and hopefully a quick update will be issued. Not being able to match the view in SketchUp is making Enscape almost unusable at the moment.
By the way have you also changed the way renders are saved? I used to be able to rename the file before saving but all it is allowing me to do now is choose a folder to save it in.
