License Status 64

  • Hi Shaun , please make sure that you didn't exceed the number of activations for your license - unfortunately, this error code can also indicate that the maximum amount of seats has been reached.


    If that's not the case, it could indeed mean that Enscape could not connect to our licensing server to verify the status of your license.


    Provided that you've had access to the internet at the time this issue occurred, I assume that you probably connect to the internet via a proxy server?
    In that case, you'll might need to configure your proxy settings. You can do that in Enscape by clicking the [About] button in the Enscape ribbon -> [Configure Proxy].

    Please ask your administrator what to fill into these fields.


    If, however, you're not connected to a proxy server, another possibility is that your firewall is blocking Enscape from connecting to our licensing server. In that case, I'd ask you to create an exception for the address 'http://licensing.inreal-tech.com'. The port is '80'.

  • I'll hit into this topic just to ask one quick question. I hope Shaun won't mind that :)

    Will I be able to install Enscape with a student license on another computer (when I finally buy one...) if I start using the license on my current notebook?

    I have an university project that needs to be done immediately and Enscape would be really helpful right now but I wouldn't like to lose an opportunity to use it when I switch PCs...

    sure, no problem. You can always revoke your student license (or any fixed-seat license) from one computer in the [About] window -> [Remove License]. After that you're free to reapply your license to any other machine.

  • Sivaram Madhavarapu , could you please give me the e-mail address which was used in the purchasing process of Enscape? Should you be a student (and you own a student license instead), could you please send me your license key via PM so I can reset the activations? :)

  • yudisthira , as mentioned in my reply to your PM, please be so very kind as to send me the license itself, or the e-mail which was used to acquire Enscape so that I can look up the license key and reset its activations. ;)

  • joelg , as mentioned in the conversation you've created, I've sent you a PM with short instructions. :) You generally just have to send me either your e-mail address which has been used to acquire Enscape, or the license key itself. Either one via PM please for security/privacy reasons! ;)

  • Hi. I am also experiencing the same problem with my license. I recently had to reset my computer and now, I cannot use my license. I need to have this fixed as soon as possible.
