One small glitch I'm noticing in 2.7.1 -- When I am editing a material, if I change the scale in the Sketchup material editor - the color adjustments I made in Enscape reset. Anyone else noticed this?

changing texture scale resets texture color settings

I reinstalled the last 2.7.1 preview instead of the current release because I encountered some materials I could not change. Every time I try to adjust the colorization of this brick, and add a bump map, the material keeps reverting to the previous setting.

Has anyone else experienced this? I'm not encountering this problem after reverting to the last preview version.

Bump... Demian Gutberlet ?

Unfortunately, I was unable to reproduce this - the tint color stayed the same. This is what you're referring to with color, correct? If so, can you perhaps record a short video of this behavior? Additionally, you can also gladly provide a detailed step by step of what you're doing exactly and I'll try to reproduce once more myself.

Were you able to change the tint color? I tried changing it and it kept snapping back to the original settings. I have the previous preview release installed right now, and am in the middle of some production, so I can't do any more testing right now.

I need to bump this again - I just ran into this again with 2.8 preview 3. I wonder i it has to do with a texture file being linked from a network drive instead of saved locally in the Sketchup file. The steps that caused this issue are as follows (as best as I can remember. I've gone back to 2.7 preview 1 again, as that also doesn't have the bug with FOV switching when rendering.)
1. open material for editing - material already has a diffuse and bump map linked, color tint used.
2. change the bump map path, adjust tint color.
3. close the material
4. when I select the material again, the previous bump map is loaded, and the color tint goes back to the previous setting.
Impossible to get out of this loop with some materials.
