Decals from Rhino not visible in Enscape?

Hi there, I have added decals to some "hanging art" in my model and these decals do not show when I launch Enscape. Kindof a large reason I got Enscape was to be able to do the high quality renders and walkarounds with art on the walls so it feels more realistic than blank, monolithic walls.

Is there a way around this issue or something I have done wrong?

I am using Rhino 6 and Enscape 2.6.2

Thanks for the great software, just hoping this issue can be taken care of quickly

azault , I'm afraid you're not doing anything wrong, just at the moment Rhino decals are not yet supported due to technical reasons. I'll be further forwarding this inquiry once more to our developers to see if anything has changed. In the meantime, you may have to use some workarounds.

No ETA just yet when this will be implemented I'm afraid, due to technical reasons this may pose a challenge in the future, but stay tuned for future updates as well. I've of course also furthermore forwarded your upvotes.

C'mon Enscape. Decals are an important part of rendering. Its embarrassing that you guys don't have this function.

I have the same issue. 18 November 22.

Using Enscape 3.4.2, Rhino 7 on a HP ZBook G9 Mobile Workstation.

I see the last response from the moderator is in 2020, is this solveable today?

Or, does anyone have a workaround for wrapping images around circular surfaces (that works), without placing images as decals.

Images on flat surfaces show in Enscape simply by placing PNG files, using 'picture' command in rhino.
