Is anybody else having issues with the FOV adjustments? The slider was greyed out (inactive) with the previous version. I just installed the most recent version, and it worked - once. After that one render, it was greyed out again. I've tried turning on and off the Auto Focus to see if that shook it loose, but no luck. Tried re-starting Sketchup several times with no joy.
Any idea what might be going on? Am I missing something? 
if you have the SketchUp view sync on then some peramiters in the Enscape dialog are disabled, turn of view sync and it should be re-enabled.

Please reset your settings and make sure that as mentioned by Paul Russam that you don't have "View Synchronization" enabled as this will make Enscape take over the FoV defined by SketchUp itself. Let me know if that doesn't help!
