I have a dude about the fine quality of the rendering. All my renders are generated with a poor quality of detail and I have not achieved a better quality than the one shown in photo below. The render is in Full HD 1920 x 1080 The grass are not sharp...
Is this behaviour normal or am I making wrong adjustments?
I have tried to change the focus values, the output quality, and others, but I can't get it.

Hi Tracy,
So, this depends on whether the resolution and the distance from the camera actually allow the grass blades to be displayed in full, more precisely if the width of a grass blade is bigger than 1, 2, 3 pixels.
The first image, the full scale one you've shared has a resolution of only 1612 x 894 pixels, the second one is just 653 x 420.
If you zoom in to a picture, of course the pixels will just be scaled up and look washed out. Do you have a chance to share the full-HD image with us to compare?
To increase the resolution, of course you can always go to the Visual Settings -> Capture tab and increase it to a higher value.
For a sharp image, you can additionally dial down the Bloom value in the Visual Settings -> Image tab. It's default setting of 15% does add a little washed-out effect to simulate a camera lens. Does this help?
I did what you told me to do and the result is the same. I think the quality of the vegetation in Enscape is like that by default, because vegetation-focused renders have the same result.

Especially regarding the second picture you've attached with your last reply, we'll always have to strike a good balance between appearance and looks. There are, for example, "higher quality" plant models out there, but they will also require substantially more performance, of course especially if you place multiple of them in the project.
If you want to go for these mentioned alternative 3rd-Party plants, that will also be no problem - you can even import them as "Linked models" (under Enscape Objects) to save performance in SketchUp, but as said, be aware that you may have to be careful with the amounts you're placing to not slow Enscape down too much. 
Finally, you may want to check out the other plant assets as well of course, perhaps even combine some for a different output. Maybe that helps as well already!
