Payment method has been updated, subscription is confirmed renewable in august... Enscape doesnt approve it
same here... benjaminriendeau but they didnt even replay.... may be they have lockdown problem....but they can fix our problem in a minute... Demian Gutberlet

benjaminriendeau yes they fixed my problem by reseting this. i mail them on - support@enscape3d.com
mikemunson and benjaminriendeau , can you briefly either send me your license key, or the e-mail you've used while acquiring Enscape so that I can reset the activations again? Via a personal message of course in this forum, just click on my name and then:
I'm also very sorry about the delayed response. In this regard though, you have not tried to switch to a different machine at all, or is there anything you could think of which may have triggered the seat being used up? If not, we'll have to investigate this further of course, a license should not just have its seats taken for no reason.

That is unfortunate. Glad to hear it's resolved now though, I'll have to discuss this again with our corresponding team in charge when it comes to how our licensing works. Tell me, how often does this happen to you in let's say a month or so? Is there anything AT ALL which you can think about which could trigger this, what so ever? Even any small details could help with troubleshooting this.
Happened only twice now since 2018, but I believe its something that happened right when you asked users to load to their enscape portal and renew their credit info. Because I didn't use enscape for a couple weeks until I got back to a specific project using this renderer

Thanks for letting us know, we'll try our best to at least reproduce this accordingly, so that we can further troubleshoot this.
