"Enscape Renderer Error " I see this message and cannot open Enscape in sketchup 2020. I use laptop( surface pro) . What should I do?

Turn the light off. It’s daytime. The outside backdrop doesn’t work for me. The trees seem too large and since the light coming in from the window has no shadows- it doesn’t seem right. VidMate Shareit PC TeaTV
