Video Creation in Sketchup by Enscape

    Hi,

    I'm rendering videos for an interior space through Sketchup and the videos are segments of 6 seconds each.

    Video Export is great and working properly but:

    1. when i play them i face some pauses

    2. when i upload them to my icloud to watch later through iphone they stop playing at second 3 !


    is there any problem with this enscape version?

    Fernainy , I'm sorry to hear about that.


    1. Please also try to run the video with VLC for example - many times we received such reports before it was due to the windows media player being used.

    2. In that regard, is there a chance you could send me one of your videos? This way I can check if this problem is related to the iCloud app or the video itself. :)
