I've just discovered the (singular, old) settings button (in 2.71) doesn't work in Rhino (SR21) and one needs to use the command line to get at the two (new-ish) dialogies (visual and general) - I imagine I'm not the first to have seen this, but still - posting nonetheless.

I've just discovered the (singular, old) settings button (in 2.71) doesn't work in Rhino (SR21) and one needs to use the command line to get at the two (new-ish) dialogies (visual and general) - I imagine I'm not the first to have seen this, but still - posting nonetheless.
In that case it usually helps to just reset the toolbars - and if that does not help, make sure that no other version besides our latest release is installed.
