mm3d.arsitektur , as you probably know or noticed, light sources themselves are not visible in Enscape. So, in that case you should be successful with a little trick by simply adding an emissive material to the light bulb itself.
Let me know if that doesn't work out at all, I think it should very well though!

not for the light bulb, i just want the glass reflection is like that, how we can achieve that result in enscape ?

If you set it to normal glass with no opacity and an average specularity, it should look like this. Please share your material parameters for the glass sphere so that we can advise.
