It's possible that the panorama files cannot be read because other programs actively use them. Try restarting your CAD software or your entire computer. If this does not help, try to backup your panorama folder (My Documents \ Enscape \ Panoramas) and delete the newest files, perhaps something went wrong during your last capture.
And then it's always possible that you simply need some time for loading - I have rendered a few very big panoramas during internal tests, they are 350MB each and slow down the start of the panorama window.
