Really great renderings! Just one thing probably worth mentioning:
The texture here around the pool is not seamless at all, so this is a bit off-putting. Perhaps you want to either increase the texture/material in size using the texture transformation in the material editor, or select a different texture/material where the seams are not as obvious.
Otherwise, great renderings! I really like the interior design too.
